“ Chido and Padres hits every element of Mexican restaurant perfectly - love the interior decor/vibe, awesome patio area with ample seating, and most of all: fantastic Mexican food. IMO chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant is a critical factor of the caliber of the restaurant, and I have to say, Chido and Padres may very well be the best chips and salsa I’ve ever had a at a Mexican restaurant. I would come back for these alone - not to mention pairing them up with the guac (and even the queso). It was top notch all time good. ”

“ So happy I’ve found this place! Here’s why: 1) It is welcoming. I felt warm while being there. And by that I mean everything from the service, decoration, and vibe. Jasmine assisted my table in such an awesome way. She was courteous, and always met us with a smile. 2) Food: we explored several things. For starters, we ordered Ceviche, Mini Tuna Tostadas, Queso fundido, and Queso Blanco with Chips. My fave from these was the Tuna. It was well balanced with all the ingredients on it. But I recommend you give the Ceviche a try. For Entrees, we had the Carnita Quesadilla, the Spicy Chicken Tinga Quesadilla, and the Enchiladas Rojas with chicken. The Carnita was present in every bite, in a very good way. And I really enjoyed my selection, the Enchiladas. Packed with well-balanced flavors and stuffed with a juicy chicken, the experience was delicious. (PS: I enjoyed my Mezcal Margarita!) Desserts: we tried the churros (not a fan), and the Tres Leches. It was good but it was missing something that I couldn’t identify. Overall, I do recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a great spot with delicious drinks, and upscale-casual food. ”

Had a great experience last week with Amber, who took care of us at the bar during happy hour. She greets everyone as a friend, is fast and efficient, and a pleasure to talk to. She’s quick with a recommendation and makes sure all of her guests are taken care of at all times. If you’re craving Mexican food, drink, or both, I say give Chido and Padres a try. I’m sure you’ll be happy. ”

We ordered some items from the Happy Hour menu, they were all very delicious and well-plated, nice presentation! Entrees also did not disappoint us!
